Washroom/cloakroom refit

Hi all,
We are looking to update our washroom which currently just has a WC.
We are looking to replace the WC and add in a small washbasin. Our plumber has quoted 395 pounds plus VAT for labour costs which would involve replacing the WC, installing the basin plus necessary pipework, plus some minor boxing in at the back.
Does this sound fair? Opinions greatly appreciated thank you.

Sounds a little steep though not sure of your locality, just been quoted £200 plus VAT to replace cloakroom suite though that was like for like as opposed to any additional pipework and up t'north0
