hi, i bought both my daughters a nintendo ds with nintendogs game. they are identical but one daughter does not have the option to take the dog out or the supplies option to get food and stuff
. her puppy is hungry and we cant feed it. the other one is fine. can anyone help. thanks in advance

This sounds like there is a fault with the game, possibly. I have heard there is a way to wipe the game card on websites out there. Try looking here, to reset it.If this does not work, it may be a faulty game card. If so, you should contact Nintendo. Hope this helps.

thanks. she cannot feed it because there is no option to feed it the top left corner is blank on the home page,
