Don't bother with the Sony in my opinion.
Get a Tom Tom One V2 via one of the current deals, that way you will be able to load Speed Camera POIs easily.

I can't comment on the Sony but I can't imagine there's a Sat Nav which is more user friendly than the TomTom One. I had mine working on PC World's car park after I picked it up and haven't looked back since... excellent bit of kit.0
