sky antenna installation?

Hi,
I just popped up a sky antenna alongside my 80cm rotator and I am getting a 100 % signal with only 50 % quality which sometimes drops to 30%. I have fine tuned it and this is the best I can get. Cant see anything in the way nearby. It is a second hand pace box and 43cm dish. I get channel pixalation and stopping quite often. Neighbours are ok with their sky and the box works on my 80cm dish. Any ideas how to get quality increase on signal??
