After 7 months and 5 requests I have today actually got my card pin number through.
I first ordered a new pin back in December after I fogot the old one and the card got locked, it'll be with you in 3 -5 days...confirmed address and waited....and waited, never came so went through it all again checking address etc and again never came this happened 3 more times.
Eventually asked for it to be delivered to the branch and today wahey actually got the new pin number.
