    The form has only a field for first name. How do they know the surname of the winner?

    I'm guessing the people just automatically wrote it in-i think i did on more than 1 occasion today. Perhaps they are only announcing the winners in twitter who did leave their surname as just saying 'bob' or 'sarah' won could mean so many people.
