Anyone know what the difference between an ambulent family room and a normal family room is?

i've been logged in on the website and just was checking there and have been randomly logged out and I cant get logged back in is anyone else the same?

I tried logging into new site and my details are incorrect and it kept loggingme out - the old site have my new details and works ok - guess theve not sorted their sites out yet
