How (not) to unsubscribe from a mailing list !?

I received this confirmation email about unsubscribing from Iolo Technologies' mailing list about their System Mechanic crudware
This was after they sent me another spam message earlier this morning
I tried the program for 20 minutes last January and uninstalled it
It is pretty comical, the way they've contextually searched my message to give 8 help links, but does anyone know how to actually get rid of these people?
I suppose their spam filter advice is best - if it works :rotfl:

For your reference, here is a copy of your original inquiry:
It's been a year since I tried your crappy program, as your special spam message this Christmas morning so patronisingly reminds me.
I've already ATTEMPTED to unsubscribe 3 times from your newsletter
And sent you adverse comment on the performance of the program explaining why I would not use it
Now !!!! off and stop nagging me with spam about this rubbish software that patronises people that everything is so dangerous, and then lies about what it's doing - eg deleting System Restore points without any notice whatsoever
PLEASE UNSUBSCRIBE ME FROM YOUR SPAM LIST !!!
Happy Christmas morning to you too!

Do you have a method of blocking an email address or a mail domain? That would seem to be the only practical answer if they continue to send you rubbish emails...
John
PS That's unless you want to email abuse@iolo.com or postmaster@iolo.com, or the same for their ISP...0 -
I'll try the email filters, but I just thought it was highly comical that a sent email contains advice to people who didn't receive it - "Many spam filters erroneously block e-mail sent from iolo's support personnel"0
