I was DEFINITELY misold PPI by Natwest.

I was in the bank one day when the lady behind the counter looked at my account and enthusiastically said "you have a brilliant account", would you like to see an advisor about what we can offer you. Slightly surprised "I said ok", why not, I had nothing to do that afternoon.
I waited for the advisor and sat down with her in the office, she told me that Natwest could offer me a £3000 loan over 3 years. I was quite interested because I was struggling to pay for my driving lessions and I had a few bills I would be happy to clear.
While we were talking about the loan, she said "right well you have to have Payment Protection Insurance" and selected it instantly. Then she gave me a print out of what the payments would be, and all of a sudden I realised that the cost of the loan I had to pay back would be significantly increased. I specifically remember looking at the sheet and my face dropping in dissapointment "oh my god, it's so much money" I commented referring to the PPI. "Do i have to have it " I said. "Yes" she replied.
I didn't even need PPI, I was in my early 20's in a long term job, and I wasn't aware that I had a choice. I wanted the loan but I was under the impression the only way I could get the loan was with the PPI.
I was definitely misold PPI and I would like to try and claim back my money, realistically what are my chances?

What proof do you have to back up your accusations?
if you have no proof, then verbal accusations are fairly easily trumped by documented evidence. That said, you may well find that you win a complaint on an unconnected reason (such as single premium PPI). Or they may have no documentary evidence as missing paperwork is rife with the banks.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). I concur, the things you have said cannot be proved. But you were probably sold a single premium PPI, so would be upheld on that basis.0
