Selling at auction? Help!
KMK
I have a small,18th century cottage in a nice area to sell which needs considerable work doing to it. I live too far away to supervise any work needed. It has been on the market for several months and I am wondering about taking it out of the agents' hands and putting it into an auction with a reserve price of about £100.000.
However, apart form watching the odd programme on TV, I know nothing about selling by auction. Any advice or links to web sites would be appreciated!
Happy Christmas!
