    Well I cant believe it but they finally got in touch, I am so pleased. They are going to send me a longer extender free of charge, this will solve all of my problems. Dont have to look for a new one and besides I really really love this set, it was just the length that was an issue. The pictures dont really do it justice, it is really pretty in real life IYKWIM.

    My fault though as I should have checked measurments thoroughly. They were very apologetic and sincere and I feel bad for thinking the worst. Thank you for all the support though. If you havent chosen anything else Hollie they might be worth another look. Soooo pleased its sorted, one more thing to tick off my ever increasing list.

    I cant beleive this company they really are amazing...... just had a dispatch email confirming the whole order is being sent out with the extra chain!!! I am exstatic, have told them so too. I wont even have to bother messing about adding the chain. Well done to a fantastic outcome xxx
