I know, I am gutted. I really thought I had it sorted, now I am over a £100.00 down and still no jewellery. Really wish I hadnt made such an impulse buy. I am normally so sensible. I do have to say though that the quality is good and if it had been long enough would have been perfect. I know I could add a longer extension chain to it but dont really want to mess about with it. Want a refund from them. I am not even sure if there are any rules re returning things from america. I know that there is some sort of 7 day return in the UK but dont think this applies in my case. Fingers crossed they get in touch.

BHS have some nice stuff at the mo and so do debenhams sale aswell.i dont want to spend a fortune as i dont wear costume jewellery normally so will go back in a box and stay there lol going to go to BHS though as looking online isnt the same x

lupyloo - gutted for you!! Try asking in one of the spending/consumer right forums to see if you have any protection (did you pay via card/paypal? Could they help?)

I apologize for your disappointment in our items. I have done some research these matters so I can address your concerns:

The web page for the necklace clearly states the length of the necklace and the extender. We take the time to measure the items and post it on the website so our customers are able to choose items that fir them without actually having to try on the item. If the length of the necklace is incorrect, we are able to grant a refund due to misrepresentation of the dimensions of the item. I have measured the necklace, and the dimensions are indeed correct. With this being the case, we are not able to allow a refund or exchange for the necklace.I apologize, but this is company policy.

If the item matches their description then unfortunately their response is fair.
I always check all measurements when ordering expensive stuff online - clothes & jewellery.

That said, have you measured the necklace? And is it supposed to be a choker?
The reason I ask is because I'm a 10/12 too and my neck is 13". I remember trying on a Buter & Willson choker that was 15" and although it wasn't too snug, it needed to be worn high enough so it wasn't too tight.

Hi Rainbow, no it is not supposed to be a choker, which is why I cant believe its only 15inch. Even if it matches the description you should at least have the opportunity to try it. I emailed them again but have not received any reply so think they are just washing their hands of me. Terrible customer service x

That really isnt good is it,definelty will be avoiding them.what a shame
