Just moved to new House and the UPVC front door has a non standard length letter box fitted with no draught excluder so is open to the elements .
Tried the usual sources but they are either 340mm or 255mm long, ours is 225mm long opening.
Any ideas where I could source one or solutions ?
Thanks

Is it not possible to use the 255mm one and just have a little overlap at the edges?
Or, if you have any paperwork to say who installed the door (FENSA certificate perhaps, or guarantee docs?), contact them and ask if the door manufacturer stocks them.0 -
Buy a 255mm one and cut 15mm off the sleeve at each end.0

Hi,
15mm is only 0.6 of an inch each side, sure it won't be noticed when fitted.0 -

Usually letterboxes have a plastic sleeve which interlocks between outside and inside flaps. If the letterbox is longer than the original then the sleeve would need to be cut to fit through the door.0 -
