    Scottish Power do.

    You get rates gauranteed 5% cheaper than the online, dd tariff until your lump sum runs out.


    They try to make you pay a silly amount, but just be clear about what your previous years spend was and make that your payment

    ...and you can still leave any time you like...no tie-ins. They'll just pay you back any credit. Also, you will not need to have any dd or link with any bank account and SP should you not wish it.

    If you ring any supplier, or indeed any company, and ask to pay an amount you want (i.e. what you've worked out your annual costs are) I'm sure no-one will have a problem with that.
