Changes to Paypal User agreement

Hi.

Just had an email saying there are changes to my paypal user agreement but not sure if it is legit or not, opened the email and there was a grammatical error so didn't bother reading the rest of it.
Anyone else had one and if it is legit what are the headline changes

    In short, they're going to charge more money. The changes are charges and how currency conversions are charged. It doesn't go in anyones favour other than Paypals.

    I had one of these emails, but I didn't click on any links in case it was a spoof.
    Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £9,018.04 Nearly there!
