flm loans

Hi there could anyone advise me as to weather they have had a flm loan and claimed ppi back? i have had two loans with this company in the last 5 years and my dad is my guarantor.
I have written to the company today to ask for a copy of my original t&c as i only have them from my current loan not the previous one.

If anyone could advise me i would greatly appreciate it as this is my first reclaim attempt. thanks.

    Hello there
I am not sure of who this company is (sorry half aspleep this morning):o LOL:D, but maybe someone here have had dealings with them and will post of their own experience soon.

I take it then that FLM were the company that sold and brokered your loan? if so your correct to pursue them.

And if you have the account number, reasons for being mis sold the PPI, you can still make a reclaim without the need or waiting for the paperwork.

So if mis sold on the 2, you can complete the same reclaim questionnaire as on step 3 below if the reasons were the same, remember to enclose both loan account numbers, personally myself I would complete them separately in case it causes any confusion but either way is fine.

Complete the reclaiming questionnaires, send to the responsible party who sold you the loan accounts, complaints or head office, and allow about 8 weeks for a decision, they should confirm by letter they received your complaint within a week or 2, and will request for more time if they are unable to reach a decision by 8 weeks.
Remember to keep copies of the completed questionnaires too.

    Hope this helps, good luck.

  • I'm pretty sure FLM don't offer payment protection of any kind. Their protection comes in the form of a guarantor.
New Years resolutions...don't get my signature removed and set up an A-Team style MSE crack survival team. P.S Apparently mrb1 and David 32 hate me. This makes me sad :(
