We are looking at getting our son an x box. We already have 1 x box running in our house and it runs of our sky router broadband.
Will the additional x box run ok and will they be able to connect to live at the same time or will we need additional hardware.
I am not very techie minded so non gobbledegook answers would be much appreciated
Thank you

It'll be fine. We have 2 Xboxes that both connect to Live at the same time via Sky broadband without a problem.0

I have a ps3 and xbox both work connected at same time , someone at work has 3 xboxes and they all work at same time .0

Thats great would I need to get a wireless adapter as one xbox is plugged into the router or do they run wireless like a laptop.
Sorry for my ignorance.0 -
I believe newer Xboxes have the wireless built in like a laptop. Older ones need a separate wireless adapter.0

You can buy the wireless adapter for the "old" xbox.
Just make sure you have a good router with uPnP support. If its only a couple of years old then you should be fine.0 -

According to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xbox_360_hardware#Networking the Jasper won't have it buiilt-in. Only the Slim which was released 12 months ago has it built in.0 -
Thanks again for all replies. It's good to know its all built in now. Guess he will be one happy bunny when he opens his present
