Homeserve and Npower condemned by watchdog
If you are with Homeserve or Npower, you are probably better off switching to another company.
Countless complaints on a variety of forums can be found about Homeserve, and Npower does not score a whole lot better.
Both have now been officially warned by the regulator to clean up their act.

seeing as the complaint was telephone related - thats why ofcom involved as opposed to energy -which would be ofgem...
Also Homeserve arent regulated by OFGEM as they dont sell gas/elecPromo codes are never always cheaper..... isnt that right EuropCar?0
