BEKO email address? Washing machine nearly out of warranty.

Hi,

I have a Beko washing machine, bought from Tesco on 21st July last year, it's not washing and rinsing the clothes properly, and still in warranty until the 21st!. I have tried calling them on the only number I have 0845 600 4911, it's constantly enagaged. I finally got through last night and was told after 5pm it was an emergency line for the faulty freezers and to try back tomorrow, I told him I wasn't able to get through during the day and asked for an email address, he told me to check the website, I told him the website was down (which it has been for a few days) and he said he wasn't aware of any email address! Surely a company as large as this has an email address! If anyone has one for them, I'd really appreciate it if you could pass it on.

Apparently their fridge/freezers are spontaneously combusting now as well. BBC news.
