I second the rasberry leaf tea, i drank loads of the stuff with ds2 and only had a 2 hour labour.

Also, it will be the last thing on your mind but they sex is supposed to help! something in the sperm starts the cervix to dilate, but only when its ready.

dont try the pineapple old wives tale, you have to eat shed loads of the stuff for it to be effective, i tried and just had horrendous heartburn!!!!

Have just a nice helping of pineapple. Sex and a cup of tea. Perhaps a curry, or jumping up and down.

Or try doing them all at once!

Well no matter, Centreparcs will still be open most likely. This trip seems non negotiable with the family.

Not sure about the curry but the rest sounds good. Not on your DH I would quickly add :rotfl:(I have my own BF now ).

Things are going really well thank you.
Don't tell anyone but BF & I have a night in a hotel tomorrow. Not that I'm excited about it. Much :T

He's on his way! I'm 2cm dilated and consultant thinks he'll be here in the next day or so! Booked in for induction on Friday just in case he's not but there will definitely be a Baby Tigger before this weekend is over!!

my dd2 was due 17 years ago today, she arrived on the 16 th, im a bit of a freak when it comes to labour dont feel the contractions.i arrived at hospital with dd2 laid on my lap in the front seat of my car i was going to be checked over:eek:

Dont tire yourself out with too much bouncing, you will need your energy:D
