Hi Guys,

Does anyone know the returns policy? If I order something and than don't like it, will they refund me the price I paid or the price that they may have reduced the same item to in a week or so?

I know it says for normal items you can take it back or post back within 90 days but would this apply to sale items?

Any ideas? Thanks,

I've been having a battle with a freeview box that says 'unavailable' when i add it to the basket - and the jewellery box that I wanted is listed under 'sale' but with no reduction.

I might be leaving it this year..

i cant seem to order,everytime i put in card details it is saying click confirm address to continue but there is not button that states that,it just says continue,anyone else had this?

Refund will be the price you paid for the item.
