Best/Cheapest business current account (ideally with a dollar account too)

Hey everyone,
I'm starting a small ltd company and need a standard business current account. We're unlikely to have a lot of funds in the account so interest doesn't really matter. As a result the Santander business current account which is free seems to be the best option. We will take dollars from our largest client and will pay dollars to our largest debtor (still pretty small amounts). As a result if there was an easy/cheap way of getting a dollar account that we could accept funds into and pay out of then that would be great as we wouldn't have to exchange the money each time (but it's only worth it if it's cheap as it's only a couple of hundred dollars a month).
If anyone could suggest if there's a better standard business account than Santander (or if there's any reason not to go with them) and also (ideally!) the best way to setup a dollar account for as cheap as possible (or ideally a bank that will allow us to have both a sterling and dollar account for as cheap as possible/ideally free!) then that would be massively appreciated.
Thanks so much for your help,
Dave
