I think it was user error after all that. The code worked once I had actually logged into the RF site. But thanks for the code as having booked two cars for half term week, it was a useful saving.

The code put the price up for me by £3.88 when I enter it for my scooter for the scooter rally, but when I do the same details for the car the code works.Strange.
