Forest Holiday Cabins -anyone stayed Gold Oak and Silver Birch cabins

Hi All

Anyone stayed in both before, are they really any different, stayed in the gold ones before but not the silver birch and cant see any real difference except no towels and en-suite.

from what i remember golden oak have a wood burning stove and nintendo wii

yeah think thats the only difference, dont think the quaility of the cabins are any difference but the price is much cheaper.

They say they are their luxurious cabins but just not sure if we are missing something, may be the fixtures and fittings are better but the pictures dont show there is a difference.

As always trying to do the MSE thing really should stop sometimes

no - i don't think there is a difference in quality other than logburner and wii

we went in december and so wanted the logburner and the wii to keep the kids amused on the long dark nights by the fire.....

if i was going in summer i would not bother with the upgrade

not sure why we went really as not much different from home:)

except no mobile or laptop so DH has to join in with the wii games rather than work all the time:T
