Is there a HMRC rule that states the maximum that can be deducted under a SIP is £125 per month.
If payroll get it wrong and miss a subscription one month, can they take 2 out the next month. Payroll have told me that it is a Revenue restriction and they cannot take the two payments this month.
I've been looking and the only restrictions I can find is that the limit is £1500 a year, and max of 10% of salary, but nothing about the maximum amount that can be subscribed per month.
