virgin media call charges

I'm looking at the list of of call charges for virgin media's unlimited home phone package and it says 0845 numbers cost 10.22p .
Is this 10.22p for the whole call? other prices are given as "per minute" but not there.
Just wondered if anyone knew.

It does say PPM which means pence per minute.
But if you use 18185 via there 0808 freephone access number you could reduce this to 3p per minute.
