Just wondering if anyone has gone for this procedure & it's proven successfull?

Have you tried looking on websites for private hospitals? They usually have rough prices on there and it's usually private hospitals that perform tubal reversal- many of the private hospitals we went through in our fertility work offered the surgery (and, if necessary, treatments needed after it to achieve a pregnancy)
I know sucess rates do vary based on how the original tubal ligation was performed (tied, clips, etc)
