help i cant see Santa

i'm trying to track santa and when i go to view the videos i just grt loads of psycedellic color images the sound is fine but i don't know how to sort the picture - i have Windows Media player - what can i do the kids are worried

Which santa site are you using Norad use's quicktime?

it is Norad i will try and find Quicktime i remember i had it on my old PC

Thinking about it it is hosted by AOL and the do a media player version.

Make sure your firewall is not blocking it.

Have downloaded Quicktime but it is painfully fiddly to use any idea how i can get to view it in media player anyone

thanks am having to watch the Quicktime cos the little one going to bed shortly - i daren't mess about with the PC too much cos knowing my luck its just so frustrating
