Flash Builder question

Hi,
I've got some sample code that I'm working with to try and learn how to use Flash Builder, basically trying to work through a tutorial. (for a project on Augmented Reality)
I eventually got Flash Player (debug version) to work as per my previous thread.
Now, I'm wondering if it's working properly as when I make changes to the code, the result that shows in the flash player is exactly the same as before I started. I've even deleted some code and then pressed debug again, and the result is the same.
My CTRL + Enter just adds another line to the code, and doesn't test the movie.
There is probably a very simple reason, but to a newbie it's rocket science. Any suggestions welcome.
Thanks

sorry to bump but does anyone have any ideas?

flash / shockwave usually stores a cache of SWF files and it tends to check the cache first.
Try:
Clear out your temporary internet files
Right click on your flash app while running and go to either "global settings" or "settings" and set "Local Storage" to none. That stops it caching and remove all cached SWF files from your account.
Then try your project again...Laters
