For the past two months I havnt been using the Logitech keyboard, it comes with a wireles mouse which I am using right now and works fine.
As soon as I put batteries in the keyboard and start using it loads and loads of search windows start opening. I even cleaned all the buttons incase one of the buttons were stuck. It stops for a while then start again slowing down my computer, around 20 of these search windows open.
Its not a internet page or anything its the normal search facility on windows computers like when you press Start > Search.
I got a new table and this keyboard looks awful, need the cordless one! bte everything else works perfectly its the search thing thats messed up!
Thanks in advance,
MoE
EDIT: I dont know the model number but here is a pic of one in google which is 99% similar to mine:

new batteries?Ever get the feeling you are wasting your time? :rolleyes:0

They are rechargeable ones, I have quite a few and have tried them all. Should I try normal batteries? Not sure if it is reccomended but if it works its gonna cost me a fortune to replace them every few days.0

I have exactly the same one as your link, Logitech Cordless Duo MX had it for about 3yrs and never had any trouble with it.
It sounds like you take your batteries out, not sure why?
I've only just put in new rechargeable batteries for the mouse, not bad after 3yrs use.
Did you install the driver? here0 -
I have the exact same one but that one has three icons under the music volume, in between the play/pause and forward button, can you see? I dont have that. Other than that little bit mine is the same. Let me try reinstalling everything.
Sometimes when I charge my mouse it doesnt charge, the light flashes red I dunno why, sometimes it charges but I still recharge the batteries and put it in the keyboard and mouse.0 -

It only flashes red when its not properly in its cradle, just reseat it and it'll change to green.
I don't have those 3 buttons either, just looked underneath my mouse and it says MX7000 -
Pressing F3 when the desktop has focus brings up the File Explorer search window - maybe thats the sticky key?0

IT IS the batteries, I didnt think batteries would have an effect as they were charge dup al the time!
Im going to sell the mouse and keyboard now as Im getting new stuff int, going to get a slim one for £13 from Ebuyer. How much do you think I'll get for the keyboard and mouse? Mint cond and working, thanks to you lot :T .0
