• This prize draw is open to residents of the UK, age 18 years or over, except employees and families of Hollywood Bowl, and related agencies.

• Entries must be submitted before 31st July 2011 to be valid.
• Entries must be submitted via a fully completed entry form above.
• 1st prize is free bowling for a year including; one free game of bowling for up to 4 people, valid once every week, excluding Bank Holidays and special events, subject to lane availability. The prize will be valid until 31.07.12. The winner will be provided with a unique pass book that must be produced every time they bowl.
• There is no cash or other alternative to the prize stated.
• The prize winner will be drawn randomly under independent supervision from all valid entries received and will be notified by 5th August 2011.
