iwireless printer set up error

Hi. I've just bought a Brother DCP-J315W wireless printer, which I'm trying to set up with my BT Home Hub 3 and HP laptop running windows 7.
When I put in the wireless key, as shown on my hub, I am getting error TS-05 saying the security information (SSID/Network Key) is incorrect.
I'm new to this game, and have no idea what I'm doing wrong! Anyone any ideas (in words on one syllable please)?

two possibilities

1 - you're not doing it exactly as it's showing. They're case sensitive
2 - somebody has changed the password (key)

Thanks. I've tried several times, and made sure I am using the lower case for the letter. I'm presuming it's the wireless key that has to be entered, although I have tried the password and pin - just in case.
I don't think the key could have been changed, as I wouldn't know where to start doing it! I'm a bit of a cavegirl when it comes to technology.

Thanks santer. I'm getting 'an unexpected error has occurred' on that link. Guess it's not my day today!
Haven't got as far as installing drivers yet - still stuck on configuring the wireless settings.
