Honeywell V Vaillant?

Which do you recommend and why please? Brother has had a quote for a new boiler system to include radiators etc and is being recommended the Honeywell.

Vaillant is a boiler and control maker, Honeywell just do controls.

Sorry, sent of work phone earlier.
I know of Vaillant as being excellent, and my brother had me believe that he was being recommended a Honeywell boiler. Your now saying they don't do boilers so he must have been confused. Thanks Gas4you0
