You already have it:-
start > all programmes > accessories > system tools > disk defragmenter.Don`t steal - the Government doesn`t like the competition0 -
i use auslogics at the moment but i don't no if its the newest version i have 1.00

albertross is probably right, but this is my take...
You know in the supermarket, when people put things in their trolleys then change their mind later and put them back just anywhere.
At the end of the day someone has to go round putting them back on the right shelves.
That's how it is with Windows. When it's finished using a file it just leaves it anywhere.
When you defragment you put all those files back in their correct places.
This makes it easier for Windows to find them next time they're needed, so things run quickly.
If you use your pc a lot then it's worth defragmenting once a month (imho)... particularly if your pc isn't so new.

I have Diskeeper Pro,my friend has the iobit one ,and i cant see any difference,apart from i paid for mine .0 -
