We are looking for best value worldwide travel insurance for a couple over 70 years. Quotes seem to range from over £1000 to just £140 but wondered if anyone had used such insurance and can recommend a company to use.

Depends on what cover you are wanting and are prepared to pay for. Some of the cheaper policies may have terms that you may not be happy with.
