Devere Nasty Tricks. [If True]

Looks an interesting one. Seems OP has had a few invoices off devere which have been cancelled on appeal. It now seems they are claiming they were parked in a disabled bay with an out of date BB. Their evidence seems to be a photograph of a previous incident!

    Oh wouldn't that be lovely. Plus a bit of fraud for the photos! Looking at a few Devere cases I think their may be a bit of funny hand shaking going on around the Bournemouth area.
