Just wanted to post a warning about a company called Furniturecamden.co.uk. And here is why:

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I repeat:

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

This is an awful company who, in short, never reply to your emails. And emailing is the only way they allow you to contact them. It's a con.

In addition, any requests for a refund just fall on deaf ears. I requested a refund at the end of June following repeated emails requesting information on my order for a Belgravia chest of drawers made at the start of May.

Only my very first email was replied to, at the end of May. I have not heard anything from them since then including after asking them for a refund and then asking a second time whilst complaining about what an awful company they are.

I will happily take action against this company and will be more than happy to hear from anyone that would also like to do so that has had a similar experience with them.

Luckily I made my purchase from them on a credit card, so I will be looking to claim the money back from them. Still very angry though.

So, one last time:

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I placed an order in April; received an email to my first query chasing the order and nothing since!!
I've asked for the order to be cancelled and money refunded - but no communication.

If you report them to nominet they will check the site, if they believe it is a trading site they will give them 7 days to show their address details. If they don't do it themselves nominet will do it for them.

I’m not affiliated in any way; I purchased from this site, twice, within the past 2 months and cannot complain.
I’m not vouching for them but my orders arrived on time - prices are pretty good. Service was satisfactory.
