hi
been looking for a while, just wanted to make sure i've covered all my options before i enter a 12 month contract.
I'm looking for landline only with free or relatively cheap connection (sub bt £130 or £30 for 18 month contract)
I would like only 12 month contract options.
So far Sky seem to have a good deal, £10 connection and £12.25 a month.
Primus is a risk I would rather not take.
Other option would be a one month contract but then I would be looking to switch to another provider for free during that one month contract.
DirectSave Telecom offer £12.25 a month line rental, however i'm unsure if connection is free as nothing is stated on the uswitchphones website.
any got any advice on directsave telecom?
Also have I missed any obvious free connection available out there?

If the property has had service fairly recently, the master socket and the wiring are in place between the property and the exchange ,and you still have dialing tone a new connection charge would not normally apply.
Only supplier to have no minimum term for line rental is http://www2.postoffice.co.uk/broadband-phone/home-phone-broadband/home-phone £12.25 Line rental
If wiring exists Phone Coop will do free connection ,3 month minimum term.
