1. This Promotion is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 and over only, excluding employees and their immediate families of Panasonic, their agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion.
2. The Promotion runs from 12pm (midday) 01/07/2011 to 12pm (midday) 31/08/2011.
3. To enter: Visit www.facebook.com/panasonicuk and submit a short story of a 'Perfect Journey' / Holiday experience in 420 characters or fewer and upload a picture. The perfect journey experience provided can be different to the final prize chosen; this is down to the winning consumers' discretion. Participants must complete the entry form; you will be required to enter your name, date of birth and a valid e-mail address. Entries with incomplete or invalid information will not be accepted as valid entries into the Promotion.
4. Maximum one entry per person via web only. Maximum of one prize per household.
5. Winners selection process:
   • All valid entries received from 12pm (midday) 01/07/2011 to 12pm (midday) 31/08/11 will be judged by an independent panel based on set criteria to shortlist 20 finalist entries. Any entries received after this date will not be accepted.
   • There are 3 categories to the judging criteria; how inspiring they are, how well written they are, and good use of an illustrative picture.
   • The 20 finalist entries shortlisted will then be judged after the promotional period by a panel of independent judges from The Lonely Planet by 30/09/11.
   • There is 1x major prize available to be won by an entrant whose 'Perfect Journey' is deemed to be the best by the judges based on the above criteria will win the major prize.
   • There are 3 secondary prizes available to be won by 3 entrants whose 'Perfect Journeys' are chosen by the judges as the secondary prize winners.
6. 1 x major prize: 'The winner's 'Perfect Journey' experience up to a maximum value of £20,000. This will consist of 1 x tailor made holiday with Unmissable Ltd up to the value of £20,000 (please note this includes the fee for the services of your own personal travel co-ordinator), a Lumix TZ20 compact camera and a Lonely Planet Voucher of £15. The winner will liaise directly with the travel partner above to arrange their 'Perfect Journey.' Should the chosen prize exceed the value stated above the winner will need to pay for the difference or consider an alternative journey supplied by Unmissable. The promoter/travel partner will use reasonable endeavours to facilitate the winner's perfect journey, however some experiences may not be able to be arranged for availability or safety reasons. Please note The Promoter reserves the right to replace some aspects of the winner's described perfect journey in its absolute discretion, for example due to availability or safety reasons. The trip value will be priced against Unmissable Ltd suppliers only and no discussion will be entered into with regards to prices found by the winner with other suppliers or on the internet.

9. Winners will be contacted 30 days after the judging date via their details supplied when they entered. The major prize winner will be required to complete a winners declaration form within 14 days of receipt. The major prize winner may be required to sign a disclaimer before participating in their chosen Perfect Journey. If the major prize winner cannot be contacted the panel of judges will select a reserve to receive the major prize.
10. The major prize must be taken within 6 months of the prize winner being notified. Travel cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year, Easter or Bank Holidays.
11. No alternative prizes are available; the Promoter reserves the right to award similar prizes of equal or greater value. No spending money will be included as part of the prize and no cash alternative will be given. No refunds will be given if the amount spent is less than the total amount agreed.
12. It is the responsibility of the major prize winner to ensure they have the correct documentation for travel including passports that are valid for at least 6 months from the date of return travel, visas if required and adequate insurance.
13. The prize can only be used on one perfect journey.
14. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering this promotion or accepting the prize. Nothing shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
15. Winners' entries, names and counties can be obtained by sending a SAE to The Winners List, Panasonic 'Perfect Journey' promotion, 40 Vanston Place, London, SW6 1AX for a period of 90 days after the closing date.
16. The winners may be required to participate in publicity connected with the promotion without further notice.
17. Regretfully the Promoter cannot be held liable for system failures or website failures. Neither can the Promoter be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any of the third parties involved in this Promotion, although the Promoter will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant of any such failure.
18. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, or the spirit of the Promotion, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion refuse to process a claim. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. By entering this Promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions.
