After the phenomenal success of Davina McCall’s Power Of 3 fitness DVD and her follow-up My Three 30 Minute Workouts, Davina's back with a fantastic new DVD box set available on the 26 December 2006, which combines both these super titles just in time for that new year ahead!

Having a hectic lifestyle can make finding time to exercise seem impossible, but it’s not. Davina’s workouts have been created with the help of her very own personal trainers Jackie and Mark and have been put together to suit all ages and levels of fitness. So it doesn’t matter if you're a beginner or a pro, as both DVDs will help you get fit at home while having loads of fun at the same time!

Question - How much did Davina's son Chester weigh at birth?
    Answer - 10lb 2 oz (ouch!)
