Order not delivered, cancelled, not refunded

It's a long story... get to the point. Jessop order with promised delivery the following day was not delivered after five, so I cancelled it following website procedure. Two months have passed and despite many emails Jessop does no reply and does not refund. Paid with Credit Card. What can I do?

Providing of course that the transactional value exceeded £100 and as it is Jessops I'm sure we call all agree it probably did exceed £100 :D

What other action have you taken apart from sending emails? Have you always emailed the same person or different people?

Have you telephone anyone? Have you sent a hardcopy letter via recorded delivery to a named individual?

Thanks! The value was £ 59.00 (an accessory not a camera). There is only one email address on the website (cs@...). At first tried to telephone but hung up after waiting a few minutes. I have to pay for my 0845 call... why should I have to in addition to the time wasting, and grief?

This website will give you alternatives to the 0845 number. Click on 'Search to find an alternative number' and enter Jessops or enter the 0845 number that you have tried. It will present some alternatives for you either as local rate numbers or even freephone numbers.

    A couple to try for a start are: 0800 6526400 and 0800 0833113 (Option 2 for CS)
