Whether that well-deserved special time is enjoying a creamy Carte Noire Cappuccino while having your hair done by a famous stylist, or relaxing with a smooth Carte Noire D!caf!in! after an amazing meal cooked by a handsome chef, we have £500 to spend on each me-time moment prize.

• Phase One from 09.00 on 27 June 2011 until 23.59 on 17 July 2011.
• Phase Two from 09.00 on 18 July 2011 until 23.59 on 28 August 2011.

1. To enter: Go to www.facebook.com/cartenoire and describe your "Me Time Coffee Moment" in a maximum of 140 characters (see criteria in clause 13 below), and complete your details.
2. Prizes: For each phase there will be one prize, offering the winner and a friend the chance to experience their own "Me Time Coffee Moment" (as described when entering the competition), to a total value of £500.
3. No compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated and there is no cash alternative. If the winner is unable to take their prize within the stated period, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another winner chosen in the same manner. 6. rizes to be taken between 30 July 2011 and 7 August 2011 for Phase One and 10 September 2011 and 18 September 2011 for Phase Two, subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.

Only one entry per household is allowed for each phase. Proof of identity may be requested.
