I have the Hirens boot cd and the Ultimate boot cd,was wondering if anybody knew of any others i could download,or any other handy software.

Nir Sofer has a whole bunch of systems administration utilities, some of which could be called "diagnostic".
The only downside is that some AV software says that some (usually different!) utilities contain viruses or trojans.
In several years of use of many of them, I've had no problems!
