Hi, sorry to bother people with something that is probably very simple/straight forward to most but I have no idea how to resolve this problem and would be grateful for help.
I am unable to access a website from my computer (can access it from others). I have tried emptying my cookies (??) but this didn't resolve the problem. I'm pretty certain it is something simple I am missing! Any ideas............please :-)

What is the error you get when you are trying to access the site?
What browser and operating system are you using?0 -
It's def not an ubdesirable sight lol, it's Kiddicare (baby things) and I haven't changed parental settings or anything as I would probably block myself from accessing everything!
Browser and operating system............um, MSN and Windows (2007) I think (sorry I really am crap at all this).0 -
And the error thing I get belongs to their sight "CMN1039E".
Also get the following message:- Please make sure you have logged out of our kiddicare.com mobile site
- Using your mobile phone, go to My Account, and log out
- Close all your browser windows, re-open your browser, navigate to Kiddicare.com and log in again

That error code relates to a corrupted login cookie that is meant to disallow multiple instances of the same login (in other words it is meant to prevent you from logging in twice).
Usually this would be resolved by closing the browser or clearing the cookies but it seems you have already done this.
Have you tried a hard refresh (Ctrl+F5)?0 -
T_T, thank-you. Problem solved :-)
As always you guys are great :-)0
