3 way calling and CPS

Hi,

I've got a strange situation.

We are with Euphony and pay line rental to BT

If 3 way calling is activated, is it possible to do a three way call with one call made via Euphony, and one made via BT?

e.g.

I make a free call to USA via Euphony, and a call to a non-free country via an access number using BT (1280+access number), using 3 way calling.

Making either call works fine individually of course, but the question is about 3 way calling.

I'd appreciate any helpful comments from anyone willing to spare a few moments during this hectic period.

No its not possible. To use BT,s 3 way calling facility you have to use them for all of the calls.

so theoretically speaking, I can use 1280 and a telediscount number (for example) for 2 calls and utilise BT 3 way calling?

Or is it something I wouldn't be able to use as long as I have CPS?

Or have I got the whole concept wrong (as I've never tried it).?

If you have BT Three Way Calling i believe you can dial two seperate normal ngn numbers and link the calls together. So it should? be possible to link up two dial through ngn gateway numbers ,but the sound quality may be a bit flaky.
