Private parking charge notice on a hire car

Well so far I've not heard anything back from the hire company whatsoever
I think I should have called the credit card company about them, but I didn't, so I think it might be a bit late for that now.
We've had two more letters from MET but I've not even opened them, I've just kept them to one side. At the end of the day, they haven't even got either of our names on it so we shouldn't be opening them anyway as they aren't addressed to us :P
I'll let you all know if I do hear anything back at all.::: Total Paid Since LBM (27/05/10): £4639.85 Official Debt Gone!! :T ::::AThat money talks, I don't deny, I heard it once, it said "Goodbye"~ VSP2011: #104 ~

I don't think it's too late.
You have 90 days to ask a credit card company for a chargeback I think.
And as for following up the hire company, why not just print out your letter again and attach a covering short note saying you are still waiting for your refund of the admin fee which was clearly taken fraudulently, or due to their error. Either way, if they do not refund within seven days of receiving your letter this time, say you will take legal advice.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Possibly add that they do not have your permission to pay MET just in case MET try a fast one and ask the hire co. to cough up.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
