Aviko Website Launch Free Prize Draw
T&C’s
1. This free prize draw is only open to those working in the foodservice industry who are residents in
the UK or Ireland and aged 18 or over. It is not open to employees of Aviko, any agencies associated
with this promotion or their families.
2. To enter, no purchase is necessary, all that is required is to sign-up to Aviko’s newsletter at
https://www.aviko.co.uk before the closing date of 31
st
August 2011. You can only sign-up once to the
newsletter. Please note the list will be cleaned for duplicates before the winner is selected at
random, therefore there is no benefit to multiple sign-ups with the same contact information.
3. Aviko reserves the right to remove multiple electronically generated newsletter sign-ups.
4. The closing date for newsletter sign-ups which will be eligible for this promotion is midnight GMT
31 August 2011.
5. Responsibility is not accepted for sign-ups lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network,
computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
6. The prize consists of one 16GB iPad2 with Wi-Fi which will be sent by recorded delivery to the
winner.
7. The winner will be selected at random by an independent party. No correspondence will be
entered into.
8. In the event of unforeseen circumstances Aviko reserves the right to substitute the prize for an
alternative of equal or greater value. No cash alternative is available.
9. The winner will be informed by 16

September 2011 and contacted via to arrange delivery of the
prize. If the winner is uncontactable for a period of four weeks Aviko reserves the right of offer the
prize to a substitute winner.
10. The winner’s name and county will be available by emailing susan@jellybeancreative.co.uk after

11. The winner may be required to participate in publicity arising from this free prize draw.
12. All entrants must gain their employers permission before entering this free prize draw.
13. By entering the free prize draw, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the

administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All
