Getting Experian report for DRO

I've been told for my DRO I need to get my Experian report. I had already done my Equifax one, but they can't use that!
So I went on their website on Monday thinking it would be every bit as quick and painless as Equifax. How wrong could I be!
Signed up as a new member and it said I was already registered. I didn't recall having been and certainly didn't know my login details so called Experian. They said I had checked my report in 2006 and the card I'd used then and on Monday didn't match. So they reset their system and told me to wait 10 mins and try again.
I waited a couple of hours and signed in as a new member again. This time my card was being declined for no reason. So I waited 24 hours to make sure funds were definitely on the card and tried again, still no joy.
So today. I logged in using my details and was directed to the new member sign-up page. I tried to sign up as a new member and was told I was already registered on the system and to log in with my details!!!
:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
So I called them again and got the same advice to delete my history, cookies etc. that I have had every day this week and hasn't made an iota of difference then either!
What on earth can I do now? They can't help when I call, I can't get helped online, it's too late to write as I need this report for Friday morning... I just want to scream!!!

Public appearances now involve clothing. Sorry, it's part of my bail conditions.

Saturnalia - we make free credit reports available to anyone applying for a DRO via a special link we have provided to all authorised DRO intermediaries. As a result, you should not be signing up for CreditExpert. Please contact the advice outlet you are using and ask them about this.
On the general issue, yes the 30-day free trial is usually restricted to one per person, so returning customers start paying a monthly subscription straight away, unless on an additional promotion. I've just checked and the site makes this very clear.

I am an official company representative of Experian. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. If you believe I am please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com This does NOT imply any form of approval of my company or its products by MSE"

I'm not sure you've told CCCS as they advised me to look at the link in this thread when I spoke to them today regarding my DRO...0 -
How long does it take to get your credit report? I applied for the £2 one on Sunday evening (to view online) and I still haven't received a code to allow me to view it.
I used to be a member of credit expert until last year so they already have my credit report ready to view!0 -
Sorry, been away from the computer for a few days and forgot to reply to this!
I finally got the Experian report (I saw CAB and they didn't tell me there was a special link to use either - they gave me a form to send away but I opted to go online thinking it would be quicker and easier). It doesn't have much information on it compared with the Equifax so I'm glad I've got both reports.
I had work last Friday so I go back to CAB this week now.Public appearances now involve clothing. Sorry, it's part of my bail conditions.0 -

Each competant authority (CA), including CCCS, gave us a list of their DRO intermediaries and all of these have been sent details of how to access the service. CCCS have certainly used the free paper forms in the past as I used to send them supplies myself.
We have regular meetings with the DRO unit at the Insolvency Service and with the CAs so we'll mention this. Thanks for flagging it up!

I spoke to my manager about why we do not use the new process set out by Experian, and it was because it does not fit in with our current processes, and would possibly slow the process down for the people we help, and im sure other CA's that are not using it have similar feelings. The DRO data capture process can be complicated already, i know where I work we are trying to keep it simple...0 -

We don't do it because we've never been offered it! I am in touch with around eight other AIs across the county and no-one has been given details of this yet.0 -
It's useful to know this. It appears that the initial list we received wasn't comprehensive, so we're following up with all the CAs.
