Lloyds online security call back - been charged

My son has opened a Lloyds under 19 account and needed to make a transfer to me online. He set me up as a beneficiary and made the payment, got the call back etc and all went through ok. I have his mobile bill in today and he has a charge of 93p for that call outside of his allowances. I have looked at Lloyds banking website and they say that there is no charge for this services unless the mobile provider charges for recieved calls if you are abroad which wasn't the case. He can change the number to a landline to avoid the charge and I know it's only for the setting up of new payments. I have emailed Tesco mobile to see what they say but wondered if anyone else had this experience?

01733 347007 is a number for LTSB
I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂0 -
