    I don't think that needs explaining to be honest.

    Yes, he should "re-evaluate" the jobs he goes for. But like I said it's a learning experience and hopefully he'll now be able to apply that experience, or at least have the confidence to be assertive when he needs to be.

    Walking out shows's a lack of character? That's a poor description. It might show a poor attitude however ;)
